In my presentation, I will share my personal journey starting from a Motion Graphic Designer to a managerial role in the marketing creative department at TripledotStudios, highlighting the key challenges I faced at each stage of my career and how the company supported me.

As a Motion Graphic Designer, I focused on creative execution and collaboration with marketing teams to deliver compelling visual content. However, the shift to a managerial role required me to acquire new skills and adapt to new responsibilities, including project oversight, asset quality control, international team management, team development, decision-making and balancing marketing business objectives with creative direction.

I will discuss how to stay motivated while working in the same company and the specific challenges I faced, such as transitioning from a technical to a strategic mindset as well as how I adapted my skill set to meet the evolving demands of a managerial role.
